They did all the plumbing and electrical for our 5000 sq foot building, and was very happy with the customer service and the work. Always on time and budget. Will be hiring again on my next project!
They wired my newbuild house and it went very well. They showed up when needed and did a good job. Billing was clear. They aren't cheap but they are good without being expensive.

I'm a project manager who deals with contractors on a daily basis...i came across this company and had an absolute nightmare of an experience with the guy on the phone. immediately put a bad taste in my mouth which will prevent me from ever thinking of using them in the future. The guy on the phone was VERY RUDE, didn't listen to a thing i told him.If you are thinking of using them- i recommend calling ANY OTHER COMPANY but these guys. never experienced anything like this before
It's sad to see how quickly people jump to sabotage a business online over one phone conversation - it has nothing to do with the quality of workmanship Bay Area has to offer their customers. There is a reason they get the business that they do and one bad experience on the phone isn't reason to go online and give a one-star rating. People these days are so quick to bash companies online not realizing the real purpose of giving an accurate review; it's the whole experience, not just an initial phone call. I know someone who has had their entire house plumbed by Bay Area and they did an amazing job, very respectful and professional. Think before you post.
