We had a leak in our roof and called Dave to see if he could help on short notice. He told us that he could come out in a couple of days (Saturday), just to give him a call on the day to arrange a time. I called him the day before (Friday), left a message and then again on Saturday morning and left a message. We did not receive a call back from him at all, completely stood us up! Not at all professional and I can't recommend this company for any roofing work. If I could give zero stars I would.
Be very careful with this company. Make sure you get the job you are paying for. Get multiple quotes from others and then make your decision. They will quote you and then do the absolute minimum. Our experience was absolutely awful and cannot recommend this company!
Our experience with Central Roofing was great. In fact, about 18 months after the install we developed a leak around our chimney and Dave came the very next day and fixed the flashing. Its possible part of the flashing was damaged when the snow was shovelled from the roof but Dave fixed it no charge. He said if it happened again he would come and replace the flashing. We've had no problem since, and we would recommend his company.
