The visitor centre part of the building is lacking. There were no brochures on the boat ride that we were planning to do even though it was happening the day we were there. Also, the person at the counter was not very helpful giving us information - she just directed us to the brochure area that had missing brochures. The person at the counter also suggested that we go see the friends of/ biosphere science centre (forgot the actual name of the place) downtown but it ended up being a building with offices and people were wondering why I was coming in. Obviously this was not a building to visit.
Lovely location at water's edge. No overnight parking here but was told RVs can park free at Bobby Orr arena. Staff friendly and helpful.
