0 stars if i could. Literally made up 4 different lies to kick us out and then changed their story every time we asked what we did wrong. Didnt even refund the multiple days already paid for
Floors and bathroom was really dirty. It is really run down. We will not stay here again.
People are very nice. Hotel is worn out. Bathroom should be condemned.
How is this place still in business?! Absolutely NOTHING works (wi-fi, fridge, tv remotes, patio door latch/lock, room lock) majority of lightbulbs in the rooms are dead or missing (based on 3 separate rooms), the carpets appear to never have been cleaned, black mold in the bathrooms, nobody comes to service rooms during a weeklong stay. Anybody can walk into the motel/hallways, as the door security lock has been snipped and is unsupervised. There isn't even a proper reception, check in/out is with the waitresses at the adjoining restaurant. Waitresses have admitted that the owner doesn't care about the motel and is letting it run into the ground, that they themselves suggest questioning people to stay at a different establishment. Do not stay at the knights inn it is not worth your money. the restaurant- the Brunswick has been great. The menu has good variety and the food doesn't disappoint.
The staff is great but i fell like the wash room could have ben cleaned better
