I really enjoyed the variety of things that I experienced while staying here for one night. Each room and hallway (and bed for that matter) had it's own unique smell with a different colored stain on both the floor and walls about every five to ten feet. One of our refrigerators was even stocked with a meal complete with two apples, a chocolate bar, and some kaopectate, all neatly packaged in a lunch box. If you're looking to donate a vacuum cleaner to somewhere, this is the place! Theirs must have broken along with the ice machine at least a few months ago. While you may be getting the best value at this inn, you'll also get an inside look at the best science experiments in every nook and cranny.
Honestly the worst I have ever stayed at. Seriously considered sleeping in the Jeep with my daughter and dog. Was first given a room at the back, which is so filthy, it looks like a crack house. The inside of the room was filthy as well. Not sure what goes on there. The staff was pleasant and moved me to another room. Room much cleaner than the first two. No safety locks on the door. Hallways were littered with garbage and used towels laying on the floor.Stains all over the hallway floors.Smelled horrible..Just dont go there. I wish I could show pictures here. Youre welcome.
YOU DO NOT WANT TO STAY HERE! A friend and I were searching for a place to stay in Parry Sound and this place came up. What a disaster! The room was filthy I mean single guy college slum lord house filthy! Stains all over the carpets and piles of filth around the bed, walls and furniture. We found a beer can behind the TV. While we were there another guest left in disgust over the condition of her room. The place smelled of smoke! I left and drove 150 km south to Barrie to get a clean room at a cheaper price. You are better off staying in a bus shelter! No Joke!
Friendly family run business willing to please . I would say the room was rustic, dated , but clean. Doors had a solid lock and safety catch .Bed was clean and comfortable. Rooms in the back seemed to be rented out on a monthly basis, so clients used parking lot as hang out area. Sound of dogs barking and slamming doors . So if your looking for a quiet peaceful place the back part is not it. So ask for room in the forward part of building . However after hours quieted down . I was staying on a Tuesday, So I suspect weekend might be different , might want to check for hotel policy on partying at the parking lot.
Overpriced for what I got at over $160 a night. Drove to the back to see garbage and cig butts everywhere and back door had broken glass. Hallways were dark and had a stained smelly carpet with cardboard boxes everywhere. Room smelled like wet paint. Pool area and showers felt disgusting. Continental breakfast was the bare minimum. Only plus was cable, but every hotel has cable. If you're looking for a comfortable stay, would not recommend. Disappointed.
